Job Title: Sr. BPO recruiter Location: Phoenix, AZ (remote for now)/must relocate to Phoenix after COVID Responsibilities: Manage a full recruiting desk for internal customers in the Digital Operations area Responsible for sourcing, screening, setting up interviews, negotiating and rolling out offers and onboarding. Attend meetings, present reports and make presentations as necessary. Interact with hiring managers and leadership on a daily basis to understand manpower needs. Work with other internal teams including Workforce Management and HR managers to ensure smooth onboarding of hired resources. Required skills:
- Full life cycle recruiting experience in the US for 2-5 years.
- An enthusiastic, outgoing, pleasant attitude is key.
- 4 years college degree.
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent Word Processing, Presentation and Communication skills
- Ability to run meetings and presentations with confidence with Executive stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of social and business trends
- Must be social media savvy.
- Excellent sourcing and screening skills. Ability to quickly understand a requirement and assess candidate fit.
- Good salesmanship and negotiation skills
