- Regarded across the enterprise as an expert in multiple identified areas of expertise with responsibility for developing standards and enterprise-wide best practices and for engineering complex, largescale technology solutions to address highly complex and cross-organizational issues.
- Designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents programs using Agile development practices. Maintains broad knowledge of other technology engineering disciplines and collaborating with other key experts to ensure we are making the right technology choices for the organization.

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Site Reliability Engineering [SRE] or Production Platform Engineering / Management
- Experience of integrating end user applications with monitoring and APM tools
- Experience instrumenting applications for transaction tracing and metric collection
- Experience with observability ELK tools: AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, Logstash, ElasticSearch, Prometheus, DataDog, Zabbix, Graphana
- Working experience of regular expressions in data extraction from log files
- Focus and passion to manage non-functional requirements (performance, availability, saturation, error handling, Defining SLOs/SLAs working closely with customer)
- Be able to define customer centric view of application and thresholds (Page load, abandonment etc.)
- Understanding and familiarity with log parsing
- Design and monitor tools to measure a particular problem or the contribution of a particular technique over time
- Comfortable with customers with focus on customer interaction and client experience
- Experience with AppDynamics (or similar products), Kibana, Circuitbreaker, integration within APM team, prior experience in Application Performance Management (APM)
- Experience with DevOps tooling
- 3+ years of experience with Observability (logging, monitoring, and event detection) on cloud or distributed platforms (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Kafka, Airflow, Logstash, Grafana, Elastic APM, Jaeger, Zipkin for Distributed Tracing)
- 3+ years of DevOps experience (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Groovy, Artifactory, GIT, Harness IO, Spinnaker, Kubernetes, Terraform, UDeploy)
- 1+ year of IT Service Management experience (AIOPS, ServiceNow, Remedy, Big Panda, Netcool)
- 2+ years of Test Framework (Selenium, Cucumber/Gherkin, BDD, TDD, QMetry, Taurus, Sonarqube, Junit, QAF BDD/BDD2, TestNG, Karate, JMeter, Performance Center, Load Runner, BlazemeterBrowser Stack)
- 2+ years of Hosting Platforms experience (AWS, PCF, PKS, Azure, VMware, Unix, Linux, Windows)
- 5+ years of experience with Agile methodology
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Observability, Automation, Deployment and production support, Platform - AWS, Azure, PCP
