RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Sustainability Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ.
Duties Include: Passionate professional seeking to contribute in leading efforts in Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility Deeply committed to making a difference for society Desire for continued personal development and growth Sustainability Coordinator will contribute to ASM to benchmark level Sustainability Plan, align, and implement for Sustainability across internal and external organizations Build relationships with stakeholders internally and with outside organizations (e.g., customers, suppliers, reporting entities, et al.) Collect and review non-financial ESG reporting data in line with the agreed upon KPI's, and continually identify areas of improvement Coordination of reporting and disclosure efforts in line with Sustainability strategy Sustainability Coordinators will contribute to the development of supporting systems and processes in line with Sustainability strategy and objectives Contribute to the generation and distribution of summaries, analyses, and reports to key stakeholders Coordinating and cooperating with key internal stakeholders and business partners in streamlining and improving sustainable non-financial reporting processes Work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholder group's team members, and global supply chain managers to ensure closure of any noncompliance issues Sustainability Coordinators maintain appropriate internal and external customer relationships and effectively respond to their inquiries Problem solves, recommends, and implements complex solutionsREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Science, Statistics, Engineering and/or Business required with focus on Sustainability preferred Technology background strongly preferred, as we are a leading-edge technology company 5+ years Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibilities, and/or ESG experience Knowledge and experience working with the recognized Code of Conducts, such as the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), both internally and with supply chain Experience in sustainability reporting and/or auditing Exceptional English communication skills in all forms, including written, oral presentation, and public speaking, for engagement with internal and key external stakeholders including NGOs, shareholders, customers, and industry groups Knowledge and experience working with recognized Non-Financial reporting guidelines Delivering results in a multi-stakeholder environment, both internal and external Contributing to the success of complex projects with tight deadlines Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility role experience in high-tech or semiconductor industry strongly preferred Experience in, desire to work in, and demonstrated ability to thrive and adapt in a fast paced, changing/growing organization while maintaining focus on the strategy Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving abilityKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
