Job Title: Customer Support AssociateJob DescriptionThe Customer Support Associate/Technical Support role is responsible for providing technical assistance with software and equipment, resolving customer/client issues via phone or electronically (email). You must have the ability to escalate complex problems to higher roles and perform customer resolution efficiently and effectively.
