Job PurposeThe project manager will manage and coordinate large and/or complex IT Programs in accordance with sound and accepted project management principles often involving multiple functional areas. He or she will focus on ensuring the timely delivery of the overall project rollout whiles maintaining the integrity in the alignment to scope, timeline and budget.In addition, the project manager will track status for management focus, and escalation on underperforming areas and non-compliances with necessary follow up to ensure that gaps are managed and fixed. He or she must be able to operate with independence and minimal supervision.

Requirements• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experiences in managing projects, and a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering systems implementation with end-users in different countries/regions.• Solid project management and facilitation skills. Able to manage multiple projects using the waterfall model and agile methodologies (including but not limited to Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), and Adaptive Project Framework (APF)).• Good understanding of cost elements in large, complex and multi-platform environment is required. This will include IT platforms, vendor costing and areas of optimisation• Deep process knowledge or industry experience in the above areas.• Experience in managing external vendors and users for multi-disciplinary systems.• Role demands a very high competence in people management (internal team, business stakeholders and external partners)• Good Analysis and Design skills• Strong Process Orientation• Good knowledge of project management principles, policies and processes• Systematic in thinking, good common sense• Excellent Stakeholder Management skills (both internal and external)• Advanced knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Methods• Customer focused and result oriented• Strong communications, both spoken and written• Task oriented and timeline driven• Problem solving mentality• Sensitive to different cultures and working styles• Positive and can-do attitude• Independent worker• Analytical with great attention to details
