- Troubleshooting issues with Virtualization Host servers VM
- Migration of VM from one host to another
- Data store migration Template creation cloning of VMs
- Hardware Virtualization OEM Vendor coordination
- VM performance tuning
- Virtualization Host patch managementP2V Physical to VM conversion
- VM Snapshot management
- Trouble shooting Hyper V environment
- Basic knowledge of Network Virtualization
- Guest OS installation setting up of VM priorities Cloning and Snapshots
- Sound knowledge on resource management framework like creation resourcepools adding the VMs into resource pools
- HyperV Cluster Aware Update Management
- Storage Knowledge
- Should possess good knowledge in DNS and DHCP
- Troubleshooting of Cluster issues
- Troubleshooting of Print server issues
- Troubleshooting of Hardware Issues
- Working knowledge ITIL on daily basis
- Note Knowledge on Citrix and VMware would be a plus point
