Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the seating arrangements efficiently.
Take to go food and drink orders accurately using our POS system.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and menus.
Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests to enhance their dining experience.
Handle phone calls professionally, providing information about menu items and making reservations as needed.
Uphold restaurant standards for quality service and guest relations at all times.
Skills
Proficient in using POS systems, to manage orders efficiently is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations.
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette when interacting with guests.
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of food service practices and restaurant operations is preferred but not required.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
