A Trendy Sports bar grill and pizzeria is looking for a GM to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.
The restaurant General Manager (GM's) ensures that all work objectives positively contribute to the restaurant. The manager creates targets and objectives to help the restaurant function smoothly and successfully. They ensure that guests can fully enjoy their visit to the restaurant and that employees are satisfied with their workload, responsibilities, and work culture.
Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.
Must have 2 years restaurant experience
Must be able to work nights and weekends
