PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a store manager will you be responsible for the overall performance of your store. You help ensure the success of the employees on your team by providing encouragement, training and modeling exceptional work behavior and customer service.
REQUIREMENTS:
Full time and flexible schedule
Minimum 1 years of Quick Service Restaurant experience
Be both mentor and trainer
Extreme attention to detail, time management skills, ability to problem solve
Requires excellent communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of employees
Computer knowledgeable
