ORAL SURGEON - AHCCCS Practice (West Phoenix) A growing west valley existing practice is looking for a motivated associate Oral Surgeon to work PART-TIME. We would like to keep our patients in-house for 3rd molar extractions with SEDATION. 2-4 Days a month.
Requirements:- Oral Sedation license- DDS/DMD from an accredited University - Active State Dental Board license - A strong sense of ethics and integrity with diagnosis- AHCCCS provider a BIG PLUS
