We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Factory associates to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the production process, ensuring high-quality standards and efficiency. Ideal candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to safety and teamwork.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily production tasks on the factory floor.
Organize and stage materials for production and shipping.
Prioritize and prepare customer orders for on-time shipment.
Safely operate a forklift to move materials and load/unload trucks.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Stack, strap, and hand-wrap pallets for shipment.
Assist with loading inventory onto trucks and unloading inbound goods.
Support process improvements and help create efficient shipping systems.
Skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Basic mechanical skills for operating machinery and troubleshooting issues
Good physical stamina, capable of standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights
Excellent teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues
Ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment
Ability to lift 60–70 lbs repeatedly.
Dependable, punctual, and ready to work at shift start.
Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, warm, and dusty environment.
