Work under the direction of the park manager to maintain the park & all facilities in a clean & operational manner. Must be able to work alone in all cases, this is a full time position, working from 7am to 4pm with a hour for lunch. some night and week end maintenance, troubleshooting & repair may be requested.
Our park consists of 275 mobile homes with a separate RV area with 17 spaces. Our common areas include a clubhouse, full kitchen, courtyard, laundry room, rest rooms, gym, billiards room, Libary, pool, spa, poolside rest rooms with showers, picnic area, shuffle board court and dog park.
Estimated that 50%of time would be spent on groundskeeping & 50% on general maintenance
Prospective candidates should possess the abilty to work outside during the summer months, will have to crawl under trailers at times to perform tasks, have the ability to lift 50 lbs. & able to work 15ft. above ground.
