Fast paced self-storage facilities seeking full time maintenance technician to perform minor maintenance.
Daily duties include, but not limited to:
Sweep & mop storage units and hallways as need.
Change light bulbs
Replace or repair storage door handles.
Discard any trash or debris daily
Minor landscaping duties
Weed abatement
Wash and maintain golf cart.
Short weekly administrative meetings
Starting hourly wage of $16.50 with a 90-day review. Full time benefits include two weeks paid vacation, qualifying for one week after 6 months of continuous service, paid holidays, 40-hour work week, varying levels of participating medical & dental coverage available.
