We are a Medical Equipment(DME) company based out of Tempe, AZ. We supply equipment as wheelchair, walkers, hospital beds, incontinence supplies etc.

Job Description:

As a Warehouse Inventory/ Delivery & Repairs Technician, you will play a key role in managing the inventory of our durable medical equipment, ensuring timely deliveries, and performing basic repairs and maintenance on DME products. This is a hands-on position that requires strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of medical equipment and supplies, monitor stock levels, and assist in organizing and rotating stock.

Equipment Delivery: Safely load, transport, and deliver medical equipment to customers’ homes, healthcare facilities, or other locations as needed.

Repairs & Maintenance: Perform basic repairs, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance on medical equipment, ensuring that all products meet safety and quality standards.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing customer concerns, and offering technical guidance or training on equipment use.

Warehouse Support: Assist in the organization, cleanliness, and safety of the warehouse, including handling equipment returns and ensuring equipment is sterilized and in working order.

Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records of deliveries, repairs, and inventory adjustments. Report any issues with equipment, inventory, or customer concerns to management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework or technical training is a plus).

Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory management, or repair role, preferably within the durable medical equipment industry.

Basic knowledge of medical equipment and a willingness to learn more about DME products.

Strong troubleshooting and repair skills; ability to work with tools and perform minor repairs on mechanical or electrical equipment.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and operate delivery vehicles safely.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and team members.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate records.
