Two-person management team position available.
We are looking for a couple who enjoys working together. One person to manage the office, the other person to manage the maintenance. One person of the managing couple will be responsible for the marketing of the storage facility. Both team member positions are a full-time position at a well-established facility. Both team members must be willing to live onsite. Couple need not have self-storage experience. Willing to train.
A valid driver's license with reliable transportation is required. Cannot have any DUIs.
Must be available to work weekends and be willing to make appointments with customers for new rentals on Sundays when necessary.
Compensation Includes:
Hourly pay rate, onsite apartment provided, paid utilities, mileage reimbursement, paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holidays, medical benefits, in addition to hourly pay rate is a potential bonus based on performance factor.
