Arizona Specialty Demolition is currently looking to fill full-time positions for a demolition Foreman in the Phoenix area. The schedule will fluctuate depending on project needs. Compensation will be determined on experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR A FOREMAN
- Supervise and train a crew.
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
- Ensure that all safety and quality standards are being met.
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
- Manage projects to ensure they stay on schedule.
- Maintain good communication with superintendents and Project Managers.
- Monitor attendance and work performance of a crew.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS FOR A FOREMAN
- Being able to properly read and evaluate blue prints
- Must have a clean and valid AZ driving license and record.
- Needs to have good communication.
- Need to have experience with towing equipment on trailers
- Must be able to represent the company in positive and friendly manner.
- Needs to be punctual and reliable with a good attitude.
- Must Have Construction management experience.

Starting Hourly Rate $20-$22 DOE
