PRODUCTION / WAREHOUSE PROCESSING PLANT
In business for over 75 years, a local wholesale food distribution company has a position open for Warehouse Production Worker in our processing plant. The job position is FULL-TIME 5:00 am to 1:30 pm; Monday through Friday (end of work day may vary depending on day of week and time of year).
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Product packaging and steak wrapping.
Assisting with facility maintenance, clean up and food processing sanitation.
General production needs including order assembly, stocking, and process machinery operation.
Job conditions include:
Occasional heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs.) throughout the day.
Continuous standing or walking throughout the day.
Continual exposure to cold temperatures (40 degrees and lower).
Early morning start time (5 a.m.).
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Ability to communicate using the English language.
Previous experience in the meat industry is a plus.
