Growing client services firm has an immediate opening for a case manager in our Scottsdale office. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
Your responsibility will be to monitor assigned client files, request needed information to provide services, identify opportunities for additional services, and initiate termination procedures for non-responsive clients.
