At our Personal Injury firm, we pride ourselves on providing excellent service to clients, so we are looking for an experienced and passionate legal assistant to help us maintain this high standard. As the newest addition to our team, this person will build collaborative working relationships with our lawyers and earn the trust of our clients. This is a challenging role with multiple responsibilities and meaningful opportunities.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, and via email Draft documents, request bills, medical records and draft demands
Create and maintain a case load
