  • Lead the collection, measurement, reporting, and analysis of web behavioral data.
  • Identify, measure, and monitor key performance indicators, with continual recommendations impacting site, content, marketing, and e-commerce
  • Manage the intake and execution of A/B testing, including statistical and duration analysis while driving the prioritization of the testing roadmap using RACI or a similar matrix.
  • Develop technical specifications and lead the QA effort for site tagging implementation
  • Serve as SME on all digital medium analytics and measurement tools; stay current on latest trends in web measurement strategies and guide cross-channel attribution methodology
  • Work closely with eCommerce development team to identify data capture opportunities and collaboratively implement improvements
  • Disseminate relevant web analytics data throughout the organization; champion data-driven decision making
  • Own relationship with web analytics vendors and assure proper implementation and ongoing optimization

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
    • 3+ years experience with web analytics (Google Analytics preferred) and testing tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely) combined with very strong Excel skills and the ability to visualize data effectively
    • 2+ years of high-level expertise with Business Intelligence tools, such as Power Bi, Google Cloud Platform, Big Query etc. with experience writing and tuning SQL queries in an online or offline environment
    • 2+ years experience measuring the success of online marketing programs including paid search, affiliate marketing, email, comparison shopping, display advertising, and SEO campaigns, as well as merchandise performance
    • Self-starter with a high degree of analytic curiosity
    • Experience with Jira/Confluence/Monday is a plus
