Manufacturing/Production Lead - PVC Fittings / Elbows

BILINGUAL SPANISH/ENGLISH - REQUIRED!Job Summary: The Fabrication Lead for PVC Fittings and Elbows is responsible for managing and coordinating the production of all PVC materials within a fabrication facility. This role involves overseeing the fabrication process, ensuring quality standards are met, and optimizing production efficiency. The Fabrication Manager will collaborate with various teams, and quality control, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality PVC Fittings and Elbows.Responsibilities:Lead the fabrication process of all PVC Materials, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.Monitor and optimize production efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.Oversee quality control procedures, conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions as necessary.Lead a team of fabrication technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Maintain accurate production records, including material usage, labor hours, and equipment maintenance.Collaborate with other departments to ensure on-time delivery of PVC products according to project requirements.Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to PVC plastic fabrication.
