We are seeking an additional Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to the owners that is fluent in Spanish and English to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. We are a Printer builder . Your job duties will consist of reviewing, sending and retrieving documents to prospective clients via email and text message. (Reading documents to client if necessary). This is an in person position. We do not work from home.
Hours are Monday through Friday 7:00AM - 4:00 PM
Hourly pay 17 to 22 per hour
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Go over documents with clients and
Answer inbound telephone calls
Maintain organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks monitoring help desk
Office Administration
Plan& Schedule Technicians Installations.
Purchasing
Inventory Management
Answering Inbound Calls
Basic Accounting
Qualifications:
PERFECT ATTENDANCE IS A MUST
Must be proficient with Google Docs and Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Spanish is a plus
Strong attention to detail
Must be proactive
Strong organizational skills
