Administrative Assistant for Water/Fire/Mold Restoration business.
Seeking an Administrative Specialist/Assistant for a full time position in Mesa, AZ. We are a rapidly growing water/fire/mold/smoke restoration business that works with insurance companies. The following duties will be required for the position
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Enter jobs in Job Nimbus for Emergency Services
Audit jobs in Job Nimbus and contacting adjusters and insurance companies
Answer incoming calls
When answering phones, accept/decline "call in" requests per current company process/guidelines
Update control points, dates, and notes for online websites such as Job Nimbus, Xactimate, DKI, etc.
Maintaining technician schedules
Contact customers with aging invoices to collect Accounts Receivables
Support all Emergency Services Department employees. Including, but not limited to, Estimators, Technicians, Emergency Services Coordinators, and Department Manager.
Other duties as assigned with approval from the Department Manager.
Filing and cleaning up records as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of Xactimate program
Experience with DKI is a MUST
Great computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Job Nimbus
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Professional attitude with an easy, outgoing personality
EXPERIENCE:
Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
Administrative Assistant: 2 year (Required)
Water, Fire, Mold Restoration: 2 year (Preferred)
Salary: DOE
