As a Support Specialist to our Solution Executive Business Sales team, you'll be a part of a fast-paced, challenging, and evolving industry that focuses on businesses to sell full-scale telecommunications solutions.
From the start, youll be part of the support team that processes orders for mid to large scale business solutions, partner with our Solutions Executives, and our incredible customers. Through it all, you will be introduced to AT&T's cutting-edge products, their advanced services, and ultimately help close the deal. Key Roles and
Responsibilities:
Processes existing and/or new product orders on behalf of our sales team
Develops and presents products and services quotes and bids for new and existing clients
Builds and maintains a network of colleagues and customers to share information and obtain prospects
Helps, plans, and supports sales teams with customer contacts/visits with
existing and prospective customers
Helps develop new accounts, opportunities, as well as maintaining and
growing existing accounts
Helps establish and maintain productive
long-term networks and relationships with customers
Demonstrates and maintains complete, extensive knowledge of the organizations entire product and service line
Identifies key trends and customer needs by leveraging industry and application knowledge to find and close
new business opportunities
Helps develop strategic initiatives to retain and grow a healthy revenue stream from complex accounts
Required Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
Works well in a team-based, fast-paced, and detail-oriented environment
Ability to multi-task, exceptional attention to detail, and has effective time management skills
Independent, resourceful and self-motivated with the ability to meet strict deadlines
Skills &
Experience:
Account management and client relationship management experience is preferred, but not required.
Experience meeting and exceeding performance goals in a competitive environment to help generate revenue
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
At least two years of College level education or equivalent work experience
