Very busy restoration/construction company looking to hire a qualified individual to do estimates in the field and write estimates in the office of a fast paced company. We are an insurance based company so xactimate proficiency preferred as well as Bilingual helpful. Company vehicle supplied, 401k, medical and vision benefits.
Responsibilities include:
Estimating construction portion of the restoration project
Contracts
Communicating with field personnel
Ordering Materials
Change Orders
Creating Estimates in Xactimate
Assist Adjusters in writing estimates
Managing/Communicating with Subcontractors
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Residential Construction knowledge
Two years experience construction coordinator/administrator
Proficiency with Xactimate for Insurance
Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, Email
Experience ordering materials and supplies for residential construction
Detail-oriented and organized
Excellent Communicator
Ability to learn and remember new tasks
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
