We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced accounting clerk to assist our Office Administrator with Accounts Payable and Receivable/Collections, as well as other office duties as defined or needed. The ideal candidate will have some experience in accounting processes with a background in Quick Books. This is a position that will be cross training in other areas and departments as it pertains to the growth of the company. You will be multitasking with office duties such as working in our Will Call Shop with customers, invoicing, answering phones, and filing. Organizational skills and ability to work within structure is necessary. You must be customer oriented with excellent people skills and have the ability to work in a team atmosphere. We are a small company that is rapidly seeing significant growth. We have a great team and we are looking for someone who can get things done and have fun with us doing it.
