Part Time Self Storage Relief Manager

Mature, responsible, professional and friendly person for a Part Time Self Storage & RV Relief Manager position at a self-storage in the Litchfield Park area. Candidate must be reliable, flexible, have reliable transportation, valid DL and be able to work Saturdays 9am-6pm and one - two other days of the week as the schedule dictates which we are flexible.

This is a sales and customer service position. Candidate must have excellent telephone and communication skills, basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office knowledge and a strong attention to details. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and have a strong personal integrity and no criminal record. Proficient in Site Link a plus.

Administrative duties include greeting existing and prospective customers, handling inquiries over the phone, internet and in person, renting storage units and parking spaces, completing leases and other related paperwork.

Maintenance duties include sweeping, cleaning, yard work, and other maintenance activities as directed.

We offer hands-on training for the storage software and all other duties. Experience helpful but not required.

Hours:16-24 hours per week

Pay: Starts at $14-15 per hour depending on experience
