This person will be working very closely with the owner.
Job Description:
Administrative Duties
Checking Emails
Spreadsheets
Data Entry
Word Documents
Answering Phone Calls, Setting Appointments
Managing Calendars in Outlook
Liaison Between Staff and the Owners
Miscellaneous tasks as needs arise in the company

Good Note Taking and Dictation
Apt to Change at a Moments Notice
Quick Thinker
Knowledge of QuickBooks
Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Mail
