Come join our fantastic team! We are a well-established, high volume 3 doctor small animal practice located in central Scottsdale. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, efficient, self starter with a positive and outgoing personality who loves people just as much as pets.
Your duties will include but are not limited to managing multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, interacting with clients, processing payments and general cleaning duties. We are open Monday-Friday from 7:00am until 5:00pm and Saturday from 7:00am-12:00pm. We are closed on Sunday and do not do boarding or grooming. Saturdays are mandatory.
ImproMed and head receptionist experience are a plus. Benefits for full-time employees include health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, simple IRA retirement plan, a generous personal pet care discount and uniform allowance after a probationary period. Compensation depends on experience.
