We have a opening in our Inspection Complaince Department. This Department drives to our different locations we manage to do inspections of single family and multi family homes. A Real Estate or Construction background is a plus.
Responsibilities
Maintaining communications with residents & staff.
Organizing & implementation of maintenance work orders when necessary
Inspecting owner & HOA properties.
Assist in Tenant Move in and Move outs
Inspecting repairs of Vendors and Team Members
Filing Violation Reports
Requirements:
Effectively read, write and speak fluent English. Spanish a plus
Have knowledge of operations of computers, fax machines, cell phones, scanners, digital cameras.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Maintain an active Arizona driver’s license.
AZ Real Estate License a plus !
Traveling is required.
