We are a 55+ gated community in Gold Canyon, Arizona looking for a year around, Courtesy Patrol Monitor to work at our front gate in our Welcome Center.
The hours/days for this position are 30 hours per week, Thursday's – Monday's, Midnight to 8AM.
Compensation: $14.64 Hourly
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation and Sick, 401K
Applicant must have a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a background check.
Minimum Education: High School or GED. Minimum
Experience: 1 Year
Job Summary: Performs various monitoring duties necessary to ensure the safety of the community as well as to communicate expectations to residents as needed.
General Accountabilities: Duties include but are not limited to: monitoring incoming guests, locks and unlocks community center doors, reports unusual activity or visitors to police, responds to emergency situations.
