- Perform day-to-day support activities to ensure operational excellence of the PAM platform including monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to solicit and gather requirements
- Participate in the installation, integration, deployment, and support of IAM tools and products
- Deliver process improvements utilizing Identity and Access Management platforms
- Communicate aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the solution
- Participate in internal and cross-functional projects and initiatives

- Intermediate knowledge/experience with at least 2 the following:
- Full-stack operational support
- MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle database technologies
- PowerShell, Bash, and other command line interfaces
- Directories, such as Active Directory, AD LDS, OpenLDAP, LDAP protocols
- Windows and Linux system administration
- Experience with Cloud Service Providers, such as Azure, AWS, P
- Multi-Factor Authentication with Azure MFA or RSA MFA
- Privileged Access Management with Thycotic Secret Server or CyberArk
- Identity Management familiarity in one or more of the following areas:
- Single Sign On
- Identity Federation
- Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design
- Resource Provisioning
- Privileged Access Management
- Multi-factor authentication
- Identity Governance and Administration
- Good understanding of security architecture and information security best practice
