Job Description:
Miracle Motors, a locally owned and family-run dealership in Chandler, is looking for a driven, self-motivated Automotive Sales Professional to join our retail team. This is a true A–Z sales role — you’ll handle every step of the process: from greeting the lead, presenting vehicles, managing financing, and closing the deal, to maintaining follow-up relationships with your customers.
We believe in rewarding skill and effort — commissions apply to both front-end and back-end profit, and our structure is among the most competitive and transparent in the industry.
What You’ll Do:
-Manage the full sales process, start to finish (no hand-offs)
-Build rapport and trust with customers online and in person
-Present and demonstrate vehicles confidently
-Structure and complete financing paperwork accurately
-Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and future business

What We’re Looking For:
-Proven communicator and self-starter
-Strong follow-up and closing skills
-Previous auto sales or finance experience preferred (but not required)
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
