As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Make strong first impressions on inbound leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or demonstrated B2B sales success
- 1 year of inside sales and B2B sales
- Detail-oriented and can avoid making costly mistakes
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Exceptional customer service skills
