12 hours per week. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, from 10:00AM - 2:00PM - in office
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate new leads
- Business to Business Calls
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide insights and recommendations to customers
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience in making Cold Calls sales, preferably in technology or software sales
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques is a plus
We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission, as well as opportunities for career growth and advancement. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and technology, we want to hear from you! Starting pay is $17.00 an hour. Pay increases to $18.00 an hour after six months. After 1 year the pay increases to $20.00 an hour. Commissions are on a sliding scale and start at 5 percent of gross profit and escalate up to 50 percent of profits.
