Atrilogy's direct client is seeking an
Desktop Support Technician to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a 6+ month Contract with strong potential of FTE. Shift: On-Site Monday - Friday 8am-5pm RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum 2 years of experience providing desktop support/troubleshooting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Manage standard desktop and laptop hardware/software issues.
- Perform workstation imaging/reimaging.
- Support mobile devices.
- Experience with SCCM and/or Azure Intune highly desired.
- Excellent customer service experience required.
- May require, A+, Net+, two Microsoft (MCP), CCNA, MCSE/MCSA or other certifications.
