- Provide deskside and remote, support and technical guidance.
- Procure and install hardware and software.
- Manage incidents and fulfill requests within agreed upon service level agreements.
- Respond to tickets and update pertinent information in the ticketing system.
- Plan work in a proactive and organized manner.
- Identify potential risks and roadblocks.
- Provide clear, relevant, consistent, and proactive communication.
- 2 years of IT support experience using a ticketing system (ServiceNow).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Experience with installing and troubleshooting computer software and hardware.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to recognize and escalate issues, risks, and concerns in a timely manner.
- Ability to work well individually and with teams.
- Ability to gather requirements and assess situations, accurately & efficiently .
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure at a fast pace.
