Title: QA Analyst

Create manual test cases and test datafor Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing using Azure DevOps.2. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing.3. Attend and coordinate meetings and discussion sessions like JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions, Requirement review meetings etc.4. Review all relevant documentations like business requirements, functional specifications, release notes etc.5. Manage and create bugs and issues with expected resolutions.6. Participate in the release activities that include participating release meetings, monitoring release progress.7. Coordinate with the business analysts or subject matter experts for requirements clarifications.8. Troubleshoot testing failures from tickets to see if it is a known or new issueTechnology Requirements:1. 3 -5 years of experience using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps.2. 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Developer3. 3 -5 years of experience with Oracle SQL Developer4. 3 – 5 years working in an Agile environment5. 3-5 years of software QA methodologies, tools and processes VIVA USA is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a professional working environment that is free from discrimination and unlawful harassment.
