- Directs a multi-national quality assurance team comprised of client QA Analysts as well as nearshore and offshore testing resources
- Responsible for defining and implementing a quality assurance program across multiple product and service lines
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality with respect to HIPAA guidelines
- Selects and utilizes tools and methodologies to ensure that software tests identify defects and comply with quality standards
- Evaluates test results against expected results, implements improvements to process and recommends alternative testing as needed
- Drafts, revises and approves test plans and scripts
- Drives continuous improvement activities
- Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met
- Maintain knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function
