10+ yrs. experience with 5+ yrs. experience as Release Test Manager. Amex experience is preferred.5+ years Hands on experience working on test planning, coordination and status reporting of projects from initiation to implementation Expertise in Developing and execution of project test plans with milestones and ensures that the scope and approach are fully understood by all stakeholders Knowledge to provide guidance and subject matter expertise to engineers on Automation, Testing and QA processes, assists in preparation of test strategies including test data and test environment Expertise in the review process of user story backlog and requirements specifications and provides recommendations Plans and defines testing approach Hands on experience managing the definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles into the design and development of software and IT processes for the team -5+ years' experience in Design, monitoring, and analysis of testing quality metrics such as defect, defect counts, test results, and test status Good knowledge on automation tools like Selenium/UFT and should be able to determine the need, selection and implementation of Automation tools. Hands on experience in automation testing and issue debugging by pulling dev teams Must have good knowledge on SDLC and QA process and should we well versed with agile testing reporting tools like Rally, JIRA, ALM, Clarity, Sharepoint, Confluence etc. Active CSM and Safe agilest certification is preferred.
