Atrilogy's direct client is seeking a

Revenue Analyst to join their global team. This is

a full-time, direct-hire role. Must be local to

Phoenix, AZ for future on-site work. The Revenue Analyst improves profitability through the detection and elimination of counterproductive discounts and other drivers of revenue leakage. Optimizes the production of their website through the removal of lower-priced alternatives. Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of front office manager, general manager, revenue analyst, etc. or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of on-the-job experience utilizing online travel agencies (OTA) platforms/extranets and troubleshooting issues related to rates and inventory.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven, strong experience in Microsoft Office products, database, and communications software.
  • Ability to manage contracts, budget, vendors, internal stakeholders, and processes with limited supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Accountability: Receives operational guidance on duties, service standards and goals. Exerts a measurable, positive impact on profitability. Crafts a strategy to achieve progress against goals and explains variances between actual and expected results.
  • Leadership: Exhibits personal characteristics and professional standards that serve as a role model for others. Prioritizes work and delegates to others as necessary to maximize the impact of activities
  • Knowledge: Familiar with relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to job. Has professional know-how to meet technical standards.
  • Relationship Management: Conveys and obtains information both internally and externally to the department. Effective communication and decision-making skills
  • Problem Solving: Resolves defined problems and probes known sources for answers
