- Experience collaborating with distributed software development teams
- Working knowledge of system, network, and storage administration
- Extensive experience with data security, encryption, and privacy best practices
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, while demonstrating strong collaboration skills in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills including the ability to prioritize.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Design, develop, and deliver quality database solutions for our product catalog, including ground up development collaborating with both application and reporting/analytics teams.
- Be both a “hands-on” database developer and a lead in the delivery of the solutions
- Be an expert in performance tuning, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and highly available solutions.
- Create designs, ERD’s, documentation, and practice standards
