- Strong Active Directory and Power Shell experience

- The ideal candidate provides system support for our services and mobile application; maintain, troubleshoot and restore service.
- Act as an internal consultant regarding use of tools and processes to users and service desks; supports migrations from development to production.
- Perform limited programming to fine tune system.
- Troubleshoots software issues and coordinates resolution with users, vendors and internal service groups.
- Creates issue logs.
- Assesses risk to production systems and assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met.
- Ability to work on call as assigned
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to adjust work schedule in accordance with the time zone for the services you are supporting
- Evaluate software, hardware, and internet needs
- Test, document and evaluate new technology

- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of systems support analysis experience demonstrated through work or military experience
- 3+ years of experience working in managed services as demonstrated through work, military, or
- education
- 1+ year of middleware experience
- 1 + years of experience supporting or designing complex ETL processes and procedures in support of
- production environments
- Strong Active Directory experience, PowerShell skills are a plus
- Experience with administrating the Atlassian product line (Jira, Agile, Confluence, etc.)
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services
- Experience supporting enterprise-level environments
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including management
- Strong team or technical leadership experience
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- 1+ year of middleware development experience
- 1 + years of experience supporting or designing complex ETL production environments
- Ability to learn application workarounds, break-fixes, recovery, and remediation
- Experience with Linux installs, configurations, and maintaining Linux operating systems
- Knowledge or Experience supporting ETL, and middleware messaging flows
- Knowledge or Experience supporting database management engines such as PostgreSQL and Vertica.
- Knowledge or Experience with application monitoring tools such as Azure and Security Onion
- Knowledge or Experience with a job scheduling with Quartz, Jenkins, cron
