Responsibilities:
Perform auto body repairs on damaged vehicles, including frame and body work
Complete dent removal, panel repair, and refinishing
Inspect vehicles and identify accurate repair needs
Ensure all repairs meet safety, OEM, and quality standards
Repair or replace parts such as doors, fenders, bumpers, quarter panels, etc.
Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently and on schedule
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in auto body repair
Strong knowledge of repair techniques, welding, and refinishing
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Able to lift parts and work in a high-volume shop environment
Own tools
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
