Autobody tech for classic cars $28-$35

Im looking for a part time autobody tech to work on the weekends that can do extensive bodywork. Must have 10+ years experience with references and reliable translation. I pay cash at the end of each day. At the moment, im looking for help on the weekends but if everything works out, it could transition into a full time job. Please do not respond if you used to do bodywork but currently work in another field. I have no time to train and have a very strict deadline coming up and need help immediately.
