We are a Phoenix based Regional Commercial General Construction company looking for a Superintendent for Small to Medium sized projects throughout the Western US and Hawaii. Our company primarily works on Federal and Medical projects. Including new build, tenant improvements, and medical offices. We are looking for a full-time Superintendent to join our team immediately.
Qualifications Desired:
1 Year supervision experience Preferred.
5 Years of carpentry experience preferred.
Ability to read all plans and specification material.
Prepare Photos, RFIs, and Daily Reports.
Safety conscious with OSHA 10 training preferred.
Ability to coordinate and schedule subcontractors, workers and suppliers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in working with subcontractors and clients.
Basic computer and scheduling skills.
Ability to travel out of state preferred.
Ability to operator basic functions of aerial and construction equipment preferred.
Ability to complete basic carpentry tasks if needed.
