Key Responsibilities
Craft and assemble custom furniture with precision and attention to detail.
Interpret and execute detailed blueprints, sketches, and design specifications.
Work with premium hardwoods, veneers, and specialty materials.
Operate and maintain woodworking tools, CNC machines, and hand tools.
Ensure flawless joinery, seamless finishes, and exceptional craftsmanship.
Collaborate with designers and fellow artisans to refine production techniques.
Continuously improve skills and stay up to date with modern woodworking methods.
Qualifications
Proven experience in high-end furniture manufacturing or fine woodworking.
Strong understanding of wood species, grain patterns, and finishing techniques.
Exceptional hand-tool skills and proficiency with woodworking machinery.
Ability to read and execute technical drawings and shop plans.
