HVAC-R Technicians that can do it all or A/c Technicians that wants to broaden their horizons This position would eventually lead to supervising other technicians, as the company grows. Compensation to match ability level

ColdAirForYou, 2025 pay plan.

1-5 years experience:

$26.00/hr., after 60 days $28.00/hr., after 1 year $30.00/hr.

5-10 years experience:

$32.00/hr, after 60 days $35.00/hr., after 1 year $38.00/hr.

10+ years experience:

$38.00/hr., after 60 days $41.00/hr., after 1 year $43.00/hr.
