For a limited time Insearch is offering a bonus for highly experienced drivers in addition to the standard bonus of $2,500.

To qualify you must be highly experienced in both belly dumps and the construction industry. If you are currently employed in the industry and need a good reason to change companies we are offering that incentive!

There are currently 4 positions we need filled. We have received numerous applications but we are looking for the best of the best in this business. Safe, extremely efficient, highly skilled in operating belly dumps, reliable and motivated.

We have recently expanded our fleet and are looking to fill these positions immediately.

Position: Supers & Belly Dump Drivers

Benefits:

$2,500 Bonus Pay for new hires “ $1,000 after 120 days and an additional $1,500 at 240 days

Home every night “ no out of town work required

Hourly pay including time for both pre and post inspections and any downtime due to mechanical issues.

Paid weekly on the following Wednesday

Overtime paid after 40 hours per week

Nearly every week overtime is available

Job Description:

CDL Class A drivers are responsible for safely transporting aggregate and dirt across the valley while strictly adhering to all safety and company policies and procedures. Customer service is a high priority and communication is key to ensuring our team is successful together.

Our drivers are provided with annual Smith System training (paid hourly); on-going training and coaching are key to our outstanding accident record and DOT score. Our trucks have been equipped with video recording equipment in order to provide proof in an accident against insurance fraud, and reduce false claims and accusations against team members

Ensuring our customers receive their orders in a timely manner is critical to the teams success. Our leadership supports each team member, in any way possible to safely meet those goals. Team members are financially rewarded at their annual review based on their proven ability to be safe, efficient, skilled, consistent, dependable, team-oriented, responsible and dedicated.

The following is a description of the daily responsibilities for the drivers:

Receive and confirm dispatched job information the day before

Perform pre and post trip inspections and write-up all safety and mechanical issues as required

Transport aggregate or dirt; jobs can remain the same or change daily and there may be multiple jobs assigned in the same day

Follow routes provided by dispatch and communicate any issues on the road so alternatives can be identified if necessary

Communicate any mechanical issues while on a job to dispatch for quick resolution from our service department.

Communicate any issues at the pit or job site to dispatch, field support and team members as appropriate

Record haul information and complete all necessary paperwork

Ensure timekeeping records are complete per policy

Adhere to all safety regulations and requirements

Complete safety training as required

Ensure equipment is kept clean and organized

Ensure truck phones and video recording equipment is functioning properly and report any issues immediately

Communicate any issues in a timely manner.

Position Requirements:

Valid CDL Class A with doubles endorsement

A minimum of 1 year of belly dump or super experience

Must have at least 18 months out of the last 24 months verifiable driving a Class A vehicle

Current Medical Card

Clean MVR

Positive attitude, team oriented, customer focused, safety conscious and reliable

Ability to work Saturdays when necessary

Must pass a DOT drug screen and background check

Ability to work in weather, drive for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, safely enter and exit trucks and heavy equipment
