100% Remote Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to join their team on

Full-time/Direct hire basis.

OVERVIEW The

Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator is an integral member of a cross-functional agile development team equipped with technical and business domain knowledge. This person enjoys the role technology plays in addressing solutions for our business partners and ultimately making a positive difference in the lives of our students and their employers. The Administrator designs, configure, test, and deploy changes to CRM database entities, fields, screens, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards and provides production support for simple to intermediate incidents.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assists CRM stakeholders with workflow and metrics by designing, configuring, testing, and deploying changes to CRM database entities, fields, screens, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards driving solutions for our business partners and ultimately making a positive difference in the lives of our students and their employers. Additionally, ensuring the Company meets regulatory controls.
  • Assist with reducing Developer workload by supporting updates to existing customizations and simple data uploads using console apps or third-party tools.
  • Support system users by resolving tier 3 simple to intermediate support tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Inform stakeholders and team members of existing feature functionality by creating and maintaining system and support documentation.
  • Facilitate and/or create new procedures and processes that support advancing technologies and/or capabilities.
  • Partners with others and will be intrinsically motivated to find solutions within a given structure while having the ability to deal with abstract concepts, systems, and innovative ideas in an organized self-disciplined way.
  • Provide peer-level review and mentoring to other team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or IT discipline required, or equivalent work experience with demonstrated ability may be considered Minimum one to four (1 to 4) years of relevant work such as application administration, development or analysis experience required.
  • Minimum two+ (2) years CRM configuration and administration experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge and demonstrated use of personal computer software applications including Microsoft 365 Office Applications required

DESIRED TECHNICAL BACKGROUND/SKILLS
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM workflow design, custom configuration, integration, and report/dashboard development required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities, required Proficiency in understanding and implementing users and security roles strongly preferred.
  • Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, etc.) strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM SDK or plugin platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with creating unit tests for new and existing code preferred.
  • Knowledge of disciplined SDLC processes with CRM preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL preferred
  • Experience with JavaScript and HTML preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft .NET 4.0+ development using C# preferred.
